The website is normally accessible to users at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by La Belle Boutique, which will endeavor to inform users in advance.

The purpose of the La Belle Boutique website is to present and sell the products offered by the company. La Belle Boutique makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Purpose:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern sales made on the labelleboutique.shop website operated by La Belle Boutique SASU (hereinafter "La Belle Boutique").
They define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of second-hand items to consumers.

Products and availability:

The products offered for sale are second-hand luxury items carefully selected and authenticated by La Belle Boutique.
Each item is unique and described in detail on its product sheet (condition, dimensions, possible defects or signs of use).
Once an item is sold, it is no longer available.

Price:

Prices are displayed in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).
La Belle Boutique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order confirmation.

Order

Confirmation of the order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
A confirmation email is sent after payment.
La Belle Boutique reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, unavailability of the product, authentication error, or suspicion of fraud.

Payment

Payment is made online via the following secure solutions:

- Stripe: accepts Credit Card, CB, VISA MASTERCARD

- PayPal: accepts Paypal, CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX

- Direct debit

- Bank transfer (shipment within 48 hours of receipt of payment)

A paper invoice is included in each package and a PDF version is provided to the customer by email.

Delivery: 

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours after payment validation.
Available carriers: Chronopost/DHL (Express) or Colissimo (Standard).

In-store pickup available.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are specified at the time of order.

La Belle Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or customs.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the order process.

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are available to assist you in calculating these taxes; please do not hesitate to contact us.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, they must notify their decision by e-mail to: labelleboutique.972@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, undamaged), at the customer's expense, to the following address:
La Belle Boutique – 30 avenue de Madiana, 97233 Schoelcher, Martinique (after-sales service return address distinct from the registered office).

The refund (excluding initial delivery costs) will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the items.

Within the framework of the legal right of withdrawal, the customer is reimbursed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return. Defective or non-compliant items are also covered by applicable warranties.

Exceptions: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or sealed products that have been opened.

La Belle Boutique undertakes to respond as soon as possible to find an amicable solution.

Warranty and authenticity

As the products are second-hand, they do not benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to new products. However, each item is authenticated by La Belle Boutique experts, and a certificate of authenticity is systematically provided.
No damaged or non-compliant item is put up for sale.

Responsibility

La Belle Boutique cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the purchase or use of the products.
In any event, its liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

Mediation and disputes

In the event of an unresolved dispute with customer service, the consumer may freely contact the AME Conso mediator: Website: www.mediationconso-ame.com Postal address: 11 Place Dauphine – 75001 Paris.
In the event of a dispute with the company Alma, you have the option of contacting the AFEPAME consumer mediator.

Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of La Belle Boutique's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.

These GTC are governed by French law.
