Balmain est l'une des grandes maisons de couture parisiennes, fondée en 1945 par Pierre Balmain et aujourd'hui portée par Olivier Rousteing. Son univers mêle puissance architecturale et sensualité glamour, avec une signature très reconnaissable dans ses accessoires : le monogramme B entrelacé, décliné sur les sacs les plus désirables de la maison. Le Pillow en est l'une des expressions les plus frappantes — un sac hobo structuré dont la surface matelassée en relief crée un effet tridimensionnel immédiatement identifiable.
Cet exemplaire est réalisé en cuir matelassé rose fuchsia, entièrement recouvert du monogramme B labyrinthique de Balmain en relief. La chaîne dorée à larges maillons, entrelacée de cuir, constitue la seule anse du sac, portée à l'épaule. La fermeture est assurée par un zip doré sur le dessus. L'intérieur est propre. Quincaillerie entièrement dorée.
Extérieur en bon état général, avec de légers frottements sur le cuir matelassé d'un côté — le relief du matelassage présente quelques zones légèrement tassées, visibles sur les photos. Intérieur propre.
