Avant de devenir la Maison minimaliste qu’on lui connaît aujourd’hui, Céline produisait des pièces de maroquinerie à l’identité très marquée, articulées autour de motifs emblématiques hérités de son univers équestre. Le motif « Carriage » — alternant le grand C de la Maison, le sulky en course et la calèche — est l’une de ces signatures oubliées, propre aux productions italiennes des années 1980-1990. Ce sac bowling en est l’un des représentants les plus complets : grande capacité, structure imposante, détails travaillés.
Le corps est en toile jacquard marron caramel tissée du motif Carriage, encadrée de garnitures en cuir brun chocolat structurant les profils, le fond, les coins et les anses. La fermeture est assurée par un zip courant sur toute la largeur. À l’arrière, une poche zippée extérieure est ornée d’un patch métallique sulky en relief — détail distinctif de la collection. La bijouterie, en métal bronze vieilli, est cohérente avec le caractère vintage de l’article. L’intérieur est doublé cuir brun foncé, avec un espace principal généreux.
Cet exemplaire présente une usure cohérente avec son âge vintage : les garnitures cuir sont sèches et frottées, les anses montrent un cuir craquanté caractéristique des pièces portées, et la bijouterie affiche une patine bronze naturelle. La toile jacquard et l’intérieur sont en bon état. Un sac à l’authenticité assumée.
