Fondée à Paris en 2008, The Kooples est devenue en moins d'une décennie une référence du prêt-à-porter rock-chic parisien. Le sac Emily — l'un des modèles les plus emblématiques de la Maison — incarne cet équilibre entre structure et caractère : silhouette trapézoïdale, protège-coins en métal doré, fermoir push-lock siglé. Un sac à main qui s'affirme sans forcer.
Cet exemplaire est en cuir embossé effet crocodile rouge framboise, brillant, avec une intensité de teinte qui capte la lumière. Le rabat asymétrique intègre une poche plaquée avant. La quincaillerie dorée — fermoir push-lock gravé « The Kooples », anneaux, boucles de bandoulière et protège-coins — est cohérente et soignée sur l'ensemble du sac. Il se porte main (top handle) ou en bandoulière grâce à la sangle réglable amovible.
L'étiquette d'origine est encore attachée — ce sac n'a jamais été porté. L'intérieur présente une doublure textile noir avec poche zippée dorée et deux soufflets latéraux, entièrement propre.
